Maja Horvat
Founder & Creative Director
Maja started Wandering Life after years of frustration with poorly made outdoor gear. She's the dreamer who won't compromise on quality. Coffee addict. Former rock climber. Still believes the best ideas happen on long walks.
Aleš Krek
Head of Operations
Aleš keeps everything running smoothly (which is harder than it sounds). He's obsessed with supply chains and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Spreadsheet wizard. Dad of two. Runs marathons in his spare time.

Design & Product Lead
Petra's the one asking 'but why?' about everything. She tests products until they break, then redesigns them. Vintage fashion collector. Once drove 8 hours just to find the perfect fabric sample.

Our Story
Wandering Life kicked off in 2015 when our founder got fed up with buying expensive gear that fell apart after two seasons. So she started making simple, durable pieces—basics that actually lasted. Word spread. Friends told friends. Before long, we weren't just selling clothes. We were building a community of people who valued practicality over hype. We've grown from a tiny operation to 47 employees (some working remotely from all over Slovenia and beyond). But we haven't lost what made us tick: the obsession with quality and real-world usefulness.
